The VSCS Library and its services are accessible and available to all CCV and VTSU students, faculty, and staff across the state and wherever they are online. Library collections, databases, instructional resources, guides, and expert help are provided to remote users through the library website. All users are also welcome at any of the campus library locations.

Online Resources 

Databases, journals, research guides, e-books and more are available to everyone 24/7.

Borrowing Materials  

Library items not available electronically can be checked out online and will be mailed to remote users. Print materials can be renewed online and returned by mail or at a CCV academic center or VSCS library location.

Note: Due to USPS time constraints we will only mail materials within the Northeastern region of the United States.
