All current CCV & VTSU students, faculty, staff, alumni, and guest borrowers in good standing may borrow items from VSCS Libraries. Faculty and staff members in good standing from other Vermont academic institutions also may borrow items from the VSCS Libraries as part of a Vermont Consortium of Academic Libraries reciprocal borrowing agreement. CCV & VTSU students, faculty, and staff have priority for materials and services.

All patrons are asked to present their borrower card  or photo identification for in-person checkout  of library materials.
