Pipe Burst

A pipe burst in the VTSU Johnson library over the weekend and we are currently cleaning up the mess. The library will be closed Thursday, February 20 to shampoo the carpets and clean the floors. The 24 hour study room is closed until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Willey Library offers a variety of individual and group study spaces for student use.

• Individual Study Rooms (3) Room 330, Room 331, Room 332
  • Available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Check out a key at the circulation desk
  • Room 330 is wheelchair accessible
  • Capacity: one person
• Group Study Rooms (1) Room 227
  • Available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Check out a key at the circulation desk
  • Equipped with a whiteboard and marker
  • Capacity: five people

Other Spaces

• John E Lord Room (J.E.L. Rm 143/144) - Classes and campus events are held in this room. It can be reserved via the VTSU Room and Vehicle Requests form. JEL Room is equipped with a Viewboard & camera and a whiteboard & markers.
• Twenty Four Hour Study - CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO BURST PIPE.  Available to students, faculty and staff during library hours and beyond.  Desktop computers (sound-enabled, no camera) are available with portal login and networked black and white printing services. Enter through the library during library hours.  Enter through the library lobby with enabled academic ID card when the library is closed.
